About Jack
Jack is an accomplished leader. He has more than 20 years of real estate experience in property investment and management (in addition to 30A Local Properties, Inc., he’s also the co-owner of Riverside Management & Leasing Corp. in Libertyville, Illinois, and of Tessier Associates in Asheville, North Carolina) as well as more than 28 years of banking experience in commercial and residential lending (where he worked his way up from teller to President and board member). Jack also has roots here. He attended Pensacola Junior College and Florida State University, and has vacationed or lived in Santa Rosa Beach since 2001. He’s an athlete, too. He played for legendary baseball coaches, including PJC’s Buddy Kisner and FSU’s Dick Howser and Mike Martin. These days, he works out at a strength and conditioning gym and runs local trails. He lives with his wife, Debora, and near his son, Michael (who co-owns Oversee Rentals). His daughter, Jaclyn, lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, Scott, and son, Fox, whom Jack visits a few times a year for laughs, hikes, and PNW beer.
